MEXICO PARTICIPATES IN HK FOOD FAIR
With exhibitors presenting an array of foodstuffs, Mexico was in town for the 30th edition of the Food Expo organized by The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC).
From 15 – 17 August 2019 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) in Wan Chai, the following companies showcased both traditional and innovative Mexican products:
SuKarne – fresh meat, mainly beef
Priorimex – tortillas; packaged salsas
Gaia Productores – soya sauce with chiltepín chilli peppers; chiltepín sauce; marzipan with strawberry, pineapple or coconut; Bacanora; mezcal; pecan nuts
Pacific Alliance Trading – dried fruits; pecan nuts; tequila; powdered guacamole; coffee; snacks; chilli sauce – all produced by SME’s
Zu Café – speciality coffee; espresso with cacao; espresso with matcha
Diricom – natural and flavored avocado oil
